Emotional Freedom Techniques – EFT

EFT - is based on impressive new discoveries about the body's subtle energies and has been amazingly helpful with many thousands of people around the world.

EFT releases negative feelings whether they are emotional or physical, and whether they refer to the past, the present or the future. It is an energy therapy that starts from the premise that what troubles us is not what happens or has happened or may happen to us but what happens to our bodies' energy systems in response to these things. It works by rebalancing the energy to eliminate the effect of the disruption.

It can be deceptively simple - and richly complex. EFT uses tapping on points on the head and body that cover the major meridians of the body while focusing on what it is that the person wants to deal with. Therapists in every continent have found it an invaluable way to work with clients - and themselves. Clients have found it empowering both working with therapists and using it as a self-help technique.

EFT is very successful at eliminating or greatly reducing the symptoms of Anxiety/Panic and Phobias

I can use EFT alone or in tandem with hypnotherapy sessions.
